Indo-American Arts Council Film Festival 2009–World Premiere
Soma Girls is a documentary short which explores the lives of several girls (ages 6 to 17) that live in a home in Kolkata, India. The film follows these intelligent, funny and high-energy girls as they try to overcome extraordinary circumstances in order to lead ordinary lives.
